Cancellation Policy

To ensure all clients receive the best possible service, I have a firm cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following terms. Cancellation Notice: I require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a charge. This allows me enough time to fill the appointment slot. Late Cancellations: Any appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service total. All fees must be paid before booking a future appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to perform the full service. You may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact me directly as soon as possible.
